Pictured above with Fred is his wife, Susan.  She is the office manager and helps keep
the training operation running smoothly.  You can find her running errands, doing videos,
taking photos, cheering on Fred, his assistants and Non-pros at the shows, etc. etc.
She also makes show and travel arrangements and maintains the website.
Susan earned her  Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University.

Meet  Leah Szyp , she did a summer internship with us.   Pictured above at left, Leah is from Rockford, Illinois and is pursuing her degree from William Woods University - Fulton, Missouri.  She is studying for a Bachelors degree in Equestrian Science and an Associates degree in Equine Administration.  She grew up riding mostly Western disciplines and started volunteering at stables and helping out with anything horse related since she was 13.  She came to us for the summer to better her knowledge in the sport of reining. She is continuing her education at William Woods University  this fall and is hoping in the future to study Chiropractics and become an  Equine Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. She will continue to help us out at the fall NRHA shows and futurities.

Pictured below is Rachel Rusk, our barn assistant. She attends  Louisburg High School  and is involved in FFA.  She plans on attending Kansas State University participating in their Equine Program .  She shows Hunter/Jumpers at the AQHA level . Rachel helps out around the barn after school and on the weekends keeping the barn and horses neat and tidy.

To complete Fred's team our farrier, Ed Reardon of Lone Jack, Mo. and our veterinarian, Randy Huenefeld, of Adrian, Mo. take excellent care of our horses and keep them healthy and happy.

Fred  has a very dedicated, hard working staff.   He knows that without them, his training operation wouldn't be able to achieve the success it endures.  He is very appreciative of all of their hard work, the long days and great  attitudes they  keep. He realizes how lucky he is to be able to make a living at something most people enjoy as a hobby. Fred also knows that not only his talent but a great staff, successful horses and their wonderful owners make his first class training operation what it is today.
